The Serene Yoga and Movement Zone

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." (The Bhagavad Gita)

Rise, welcome the day and shine with our yoga and Movement Sessions

There is a dedicated marquee for yoga, movement and meditation practices at Relish. Nothing better than a few sun salutations, deep stretches and energising flows to recharge the mind and body after a long and fun night on the dance floor.

Please bring a mat with you, if you want to attend group sessions or any of the yoga and meditation classes. A bio and a description of each facilitator and workshop will be available before the gathering for download, or found at The Hub Information Station, located beside the dining tent.

The area will be protected from the elements and carpeted for comfort. Be mindful that class sizes are limited so if possible arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your spot. If we are blessed with sunshine we can open the walls and extend into the outdoors.

Outside of scheduled class times the tent will be available to all participants for their personal practice.
